Thank you for your partnership with the Zoo Society! We are delighted to have you and could not host these events without your generous support and participation. We are excited to see your signature stamp at your booth both in the decor as well as your delicious bites. Thank you again for all the effort you are putting forth. Here's to a fantastic event!
The staff minimum for each booth is two persons and the maximum is five for food booths. If your booth falls under the "Rules for Temporary Food Establishment Workers" (which includes beverages made or served with ice) a Person In Charge (PIC) with a food handler card must be designated and remain in the booth at all times. Please see the Health Department booklet for more information.
We request that vendors provide their own compostable cutlery, plates, bowls, napkins, cups etc. in which they will serve their items on/with. Vendors will also need to provide their own waste removal (trash can, trash bags, etc.).
All drop off, set up and tear down is done the day of the event. If you are providing your own branded materials (tent, linens, etc.) you must be responsible for set-up and tear down of said materials, the day of the event. You will be sent confirmation of your booth location, delivery time & entrance gate two weeks prior to the event. A detailed timeline for move-in/move-out will be provided.
No vehicles may enter the grounds until guests have departed. All items you bring to the event must be removed the same night unless prior arrangements are made. Unserved products can be taken with you or tossed.

Will you be receiving additional deliveries of food during the event?
The Zoo Society will provide a tent with pole wraps, lighting, exterior signage and tables with black linens. If you have a linen with your logo or colored linens that you will provide, let us know and we will not reserve the black linens.

Electrical power is limited - please list everything you will need to plug in (equipment as well as decorations) and indicate voltage and amperage/wattage of each (found on the metal plate adjacent to where the electrical cord goes into the body of the equipment). WE WILL HAVE LIMITED ABILITIES TO ACCOMMODATE FOR UNPLANNED SET-UP NEEDS IF ANY ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT NOT LISTED IS BROUGHT TO THE EVENT. If your equipment does not plug into a standard outlet, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for providing the female cord cap for each plug.
