This intimate event will begin with signature cocktails and animal encounters in the Plaza followed by a guided tour with a Curator through the Asia exhibits. There also be plenty of time for questions and mingling with the curators as you enjoy Asian-inspired appetizers and refreshments.

The Zoo Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit fundraising organization whose mission and purpose is to engage our community in support of Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium’s education, conservation, research and preservation efforts through the Pacific Northwest, the Pacific Rim and beyond.

Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium is located on 29 acres within Tacoma’s Point Defiance Park. The Zoo is a national leader in endangered species breeding and reintroduction efforts and is a fully accredited member of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA). It is the only combined zoo and aquarium in the Northwest, with annual attendance of more than 720,000 visitors annually.
