Zoobilee, The Zoo Society’s annual gala, started in 1990 as a summer event full of food and music. In 2012 the event changed into what it is today – a fun, philanthropic event raising money to support the animals, education and conservation efforts of Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium.

On July 22, 2016 guests came together to experience live entertainment, up-close animal encounters, and an array of signature bites prepared by local restaurants. Dinner guests indulged in a gourmet dinner, bid on unique and exceptional packages during a live auction, and joined together to support a very special cause. After dinner guests had full access to a VIP Lounge and the Twilight Stroll.

The Twilight Stroll was special evening experience that includes more signature bites, delectable desserts, and special treats, amazing raffle packages and dancing– all in support of Point Defiance & Aquarium.
